We are at Tembo Cooperative House, 3rd Floor, Room 1, Moi Avenue, Nairobi. We are opposite Bihi Towers.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes! All our brand-new and Ex-uk Grade A refurb devices come with a 3, 6, or 12-month warranty depending on the item.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within Nairobi CBD is often free or at a small fee (KES 200). Outside Nairobi, we use couriers like G4S and charges depend on your location.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept M-PESA Cash on Delivery for Nairobi. For outside Nairobi, we typically require payment via M-PESA before dispatch.
Is there a return policy?
Yes, we have a 7-day return/exchange window for functional defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.
