You can request deletion of customer account, contact, support, and Meta-connected interaction records held by SES ICT HUB.

If your request relates to Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, mention the platform in your email. We may ask for details needed to identify the matching conversation before processing deletion.
We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days after identity and account details are confirmed. Complex requests may take longer where order, warranty, payment, or security records need review.
Some information may remain where needed for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute, or legitimate business record purposes. Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained information to what is necessary.
